7. What happens if we don't see the Northern Lights?

The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, so unfortunately no company can guarantee they will appear.

However, we do everything possible to maximize your chances. Our guides continuously monitor cloud cover, weather conditions, and Aurora forecasts throughout the day. Instead of staying in one location, we're prepared to travel to areas with the clearest skies and the highest probability of seeing the lights.

If weather conditions are exceptionally poor, we may be able to reschedule your Northern Lights tour, subject to availability and your travel schedule.

Even on nights when the Aurora doesn't appear, you'll still experience the beauty of the Arctic under the stars, enjoy warm drinks and snacks by the fire, and spend time in peaceful Lapland nature.

Many guests tell us that the overall experience is memorable regardless of whether the Northern Lights make an appearance.
